Late Summer on Bornholm
Monday, 09 May 2005 20:58
Bornholm is a little Danish island at the very east of Denmark. It's known for its white beaches and different kinds of traditional handicrafts. Unilke the rest of Denmark, Bornholm is rather rocky, and in some places there are beatiful steep cliffs down to the water.

Singapore
Tuesday, 22 March 2005 22:19
Welcome to Singapore, the dynamic city rich in contrast and colour where you'll find a harmonious blend of culture, cuisine, arts and architecture! Since I was a little child, the name Singapore was a well known to me, which must have been because of my father's early travels. And now I was about to see it with my own eyes. I was really looking forward to that!

Sulawesi - Indonesia
Tuesday, 22 March 2005 22:17
After arriving at the Manado airport, coming from Bali, we met a local guy who was waiting to pick up some guys from Finland. He was working at a dive resort on Bunaken island, in the middle of a national park. After talking about that place for a while, he offered us a ride on his boat to that island, where we could check out some rooms to stay. So far it sounded very nice and interesting. And since we didn't have any other plans yet, we just agreed and gave it a try.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Tuesday, 22 March 2005 22:05
A bus took us down from Thailand to this colorful and lively city. We initially only wanted to use Malaysia as a gateway to Singapore, but Kuala Lumpur seemed to be so interesting that we decided to stay a couple of days. When we first arrived we were quite unprepared and had not much of an idea, what would expect us in that city. But while looking at these people, we noticed very fast all these different influences and this mixed culture.

Bali, Java - Indonesia
Tuesday, 22 March 2005 21:54
Since there was a quite big civil unrest in Aceh, Sumatra, we changed our plans and took the next flight to Bali instead. Jakarta would also have been a good start for our travel through Indonesa, but the this days flight had already left. Bali seemed also nice, and we both have heared a lot of that island.
