For those who don't know me: Seven years ago I moved from Switzerland to Denmark. Initially I moved because of a job, but then I found out that Denmark is a great country to settle down for some time. Now I am married and have two kids. I am working as a software engineer in a Danish IT company. Besides that I am studying at the Open University towards a master's degree. I love traveling and taking pictures. And best, if my little family is with me.

I haven't been writing much in the past thee years. That has mainly been becaus I have been busy with studying. Still, many things happened, which I would have wanted to share. But that will have to wait until I am done studying. I have just started my last semester before I can start writing the thesis. I hope to get some more time for my family and my hobbies again... The end of the tunnel is near, and i can already see the light! Only few months left to go. And as we use to say in Switzerland: "Gring ache u seckle!" |

Our last trip in December 2006 lead again to Egypt for diving. But this time we traveled to Hurghada, a bit further south, where we boarded the Hurricane boat. That boat has been awarded by the Diver magazine in two consecutive years as the best liveaboard cruiser of the read red sea. Was it really that good? See the pictures!

Some of you have complained about that I did not mention on the website that I've got married in 2005! It wasn't meant to be secret anymore. Of course you are allowed to know!
By the next chance I will write a little about the wedding in Zermatt. But until then, you will have to browse these pages a bit to find out who my wife could be... :-) |

Sunday, the 15th of April 2007, was another great day! I became 2nd time father. We are welcoming Noah to our family!

Finally the study semester ended, and we had time to travel to California, USA. Almost tree weeks around in San Francisco, Yosemite and Monterey. A great trip! We left Denmark all together, Anne, Luca and me. And on the way we visited our friends Sven and Katharina in Berkely, just before they returned to Switzerland.
